Our Story
Van-Isle Projects Ltd. provides a wide variety of construction and project management services. Our cliental are private individuals and public sector agencies seeking commercial and residential project management.
Ron Warrington, President and General Manager, began his construction career in the Okanagan as an estimator, progressing to owning a real estate development and general contracting company. In 1989 Ron moved his family to Victoria where he project managed various builds for other companies before establishing Van-Isle Projects Ltd. in 1992. Since that time Van-Isle Projects has managed over 130 construction projects ranging from private home renovations and custom homes to town-home developments and commercial towers. Nick joined the company in 2018 after leaving his decade at Coca-Cola, finishing as a General Manager. The strong relationships we have built with our trusted trades over the years has allowed us to provide a building process that includes solid quotes rather than estimates and an efficient high quality performance of services.
